This policy sets out the personal data this site collects, why, how long it is kept and the rights you hold under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It covers only luckypayss.net, an independent information portal about Lucky Pays Casino, not the gambling platform itself. We are not an operator: no player accounts, deposits or withdrawals are handled here.

We build no advertising profile, run no behavioural retargeting and sell no personal data.
Retention and your rights
Contact messages are kept for twelve months after the last exchange. Server access logs are kept ninety days. Aggregated analytics are kept up to twenty-six months. After those periods, data is deleted or permanently anonymised.
Under the UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To use them, write to [email protected] or via the contact page with "Privacy" in the subject; we respond within one month after verifying your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your rights have been ignored. Our update principles match our editorial policy.
